Your vehicle's guest account requires location permission. To enable it:
- Open the BYD app on your phone
- Sign in with your BYD owner account
- From the main page, open Vehicle Authorization (may be listed under More Functions)
- Select the guest user and tap Edit Permission in the top-right corner
- Tap Edit Authorization Scope
- Select Privacy/Vehicle Location and confirm
- Log out of the owner account and sign in with the guest account
- Tap My Account in the bottom-right corner
- Select Settings
- Find Use Vehicle Position and toggle it on
